Roslyn Gray is an HCPC and CORU registered dietitian specialising in eating disorders, binge eating disorder and disordered eating.
Roslyn offers a warm, evidence-based and completely non-diet approach to eating disorder recovery, one that goes beyond food and gets to the heart of what is really going on.
Roslyn believes that lasting recovery isn't just about what you eat. It's about how you feel in your body, how you relate to yourself, and building a relationship with food that feels peaceful, free and truly yours.
Her work is grounded in the latest evidence and delivered with deep compassion because she knows that the women who come to her have often tried everything, and what they need most is someone who genuinely gets it.
Roslyn has over 10 years of experience as a registered dietitian, working with adults and under 18s across a range of eating disorder presentations including binge eating disorder, emotional eating, restrictive eating and disordered eating.
She is registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Council for Registration of Dietitians in Ireland (CORU), holding herself to the highest standards of clinical practice and professional ethics.
Roslyn's approach draws on a range of evidence-based frameworks including cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused approaches and intuitive eating principles. She works collaboratively with therapists, GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure her clients receive joined-up, holistic support.
In addition to her clinical work, Roslyn is a qualified yoga teacher and brings her knowledge of mindfulness and embodiment practices into her work with clients recognising that recovery involves the whole person, not just the plate.
It was through working on my relationship with my body, and through years of studying yoga and mindfulness, I came to understand something that changed the way I worked with clients entirely. Embodiment is often the missing piece in ED recovery; the ability to feel safe, present and at home in your own body.
In my free time I love trying new recipes, hanging out with my toddler, fiance and our first baby Luna! We love sea swims, outdoor saunas and spending time outdoors.
