Ollie graduated from the AECC in Bournemouth and has a wide interest in chiropractic care, having treated a range of clients, from athletes to weekend warriors and working with our older population.
Ollie trained in dry needling as well as being a level 3 personal trainer having done 1:2:1s, group cycle, circuits and S&C classes.
He believes in educating his patients to understand their problems and how they can improve themselves and get back to their goals whether that is getting back to the gym, competing in a race or simply carrying the shopping.
Ollie provides exercises, alongside hands on care, to help clients achieve and overcome their injuries or soreness.
Prior to joining the Belfast Chiropractic clinic, Ollie worked in Devon and Dorset as a chiropractor, personal trainer and a rehabilitation supervisor.
Ollie has benefited from chiropractic treatment for long term back pain and a shoulder injury he developed when swimming and has seen how chiropractic care can boost your everyday life.
Ollie now wants to pass his knowledge of chiropractic care onto patients and help them get back to their everyday activities.
He has worked with a wide range of injuries and a wide range of patients from as young as 10 up to people in their 90s.
Ollie has a background of playing various sports and competed nationally in both hockey and swimming.
He has a keen interest in sports-related injuries and has regularly treated runners, cyclists, footballers, rugby players, golf players, gym goers and more.
Ollie has a keen interest in the gym and is a member of the Olympian Triathlon Club in Belfast.
