Lindsey is a dedicated Sports Therapist with a First-Class Honours degree from London Metropolitan University and is currently completing a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Galway.
She brings a compassionate, client-centred approach to every session, aiming to help individuals move better, feel better, and live well.
With a strong background in both clinical and sports team environments, Lindsey has developed a broad skill set in managing musculoskeletal health and supporting clients through all stages of injury recovery.
Her areas of expertise include injury prevention and rehabilitation, women’s musculoskeletal health, active aging, and manual therapy.
Lindsey offers two main services:
• Massage – Using targeted hands-on techniques to reduce muscular tension, ease pain, and enhance overall wellbeing.
• Sports & Exercise Rehabilitation – Blending manual therapy with tailored exercise programmes to restore function and support clients in returning to daily activities, hobbies, and sports; and maintaining overall health and wellbeing
Her approach is evidence-based and focused on long-term outcomes, ensuring that each client receives care that is both effective and empowering.
Passionate about improving quality of life through movement, Lindsey finds great fulfilment in helping people regain confidence in their bodies and return to the things they enjoy.
Whether working with athletes, older adults, or those managing chronic pain, her goal is always the same: to support every client in living an active, fulfilling life.
Outside of her clinical work, Lindsey is also a Sports Therapy lecturer and Sports Therapist at Ballymacash Rangers Football Team.
