Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach trained at the renowned Ayurveda Institute of the UK. Victoria blends ancient Ayurvedic principles with modern, practical strategies to support health in a way that is accessible, personalised, and deeply effective.
Her approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique body type and lifestyle, delivering bespoke programmes that address the root causes of chronic symptoms. Victoria works holistically with the full person, body, mind, and lifestyle, to create lasting changes that feel both empowering and sustainable.
Victoria has particular expertise in gut health, IBS and digestive disorders, as well as female hormonal conditions including irregular periods, PMS, endometriosis and perimenopause and menopause. Her work often explores the connection between gut health, stress, and emotional wellbeing. In addition to one-to-one support, she offers education on Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition, and teaches clients how to work with their body’s natural rhythms.
Victoria also incorporates Ayurvedic herbal protocols into her practice and is trained in Ayurvedic Herbal Medicine.
I’m a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach, trained with the Ayurveda Institute UK under the guidance of Dr Deepika Rodrigo. I’m also a member of the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association (APA UK).
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, from students to busy professionals, mothers, creatives, entrepreneurs, supporting them through chronic digestive conditions, hormonal imbalances, stress-related burnout, and much more. My special focus is on women’s health and the connection between gut health, menstrual cycles, and hormones.
In addition to Ayurveda, I continue to expand my knowledge with the study of regenerative agriculture and soil health, because the quality of our food begins with the health of our land. I believe that healing our bodies and healing the planet go hand in hand. I am also constantly adding other healing modalities to my practice, particularly around nervous system regulation.
I have a background in Law and Corporate Consulting in Finance and Sustainability, which gives me first-hand insight into the various stressors of working in the corporate and business world. I understand how challenging it can be to implement health changes that align with a demanding professional life. That’s why my approach is both practical and strategic, designed to integrate seamlessly into real-world schedules and responsibilities.
I came to this work through my own health journey, years of struggling with chronic digestive issues, debilitating period pain, and exhaustion, to the point they were affecting my professional development in the corporate world and managed to use all of my sick leave in about 6 months. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and stuck in a cycle of short-term fixes. Ayurveda changed everything for me, through simple but powerful changes in how I ate, how I moved, and how I lived, I was able to heal deeply, and sustainably. Now, I help others do the same.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me experimenting in the kitchen (especially with gut-friendly desserts), reading about ancient cultures and archaeology, or dancing salsa my favourite thing to do!
