Caroline Scott

Master of Chiropractic (MChiro)

Caroline graduated with a Master of Chiropractic degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2014 and has since expanded her skillset by attending various courses and seminars. Caroline takes pride not only in providing pain relief but also in educating her patients in everything from ergonomic and postural advice to rehabilitation and exercise plans, to help them achieve the best long-term results as possible. She does this through her patient-centred approach, by defining goals and working towards these throughout the treatment plan. Caroline’s patients range from young to old but she has a particular interest in treating athletes and pregnant women.

Caroline spent 4 years after graduation working in London, where she gained valuable experience treating a huge variety of patients and conditions. She worked alongside the Elite squad of Bromley swimming club in Kent for 3 years, helping their national and international level swimmers recover from injury but also for injury prevention and optimal performance. She is qualified in dry needling, kinesiotaping, instrument assisted soft tissue release and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC).

Caroline grew up in Donegal and after shadowing a local Chiropractor at the age of 15, she was inspired to pursue a career in Chiropractic herself. She is a very keen cyclist and can often be found on her bike in her spare time. She is a yoga enthusiast and also an avid sports fan and enjoys regularly attending both football and rugby matches.
