This short course is ideal for those getting started with mindfulness.
Regular mindfulness and breathwork practice has the following benefits:

Dates: Starts Thursday May 22nd, 2025 and runs weekly for 4 weeks.

- Morning course - 12noon - 1pm
- Evening course - 6pm - 7pm
- Small class size - 6 Max

Lisa Gracey is a certified Professional Coach Inspiring individuals to

• Develop their mental strength and wellness
• Find their balance
Lisa is also a trained Mindfulness Teacher including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), as well as a Breathwork Coach, and often incorporates these modalities in to her Coaching sessions to further enhance client experience and growth.
Participants on the 4 week course will have the option to continue working with Lisa on a one-to-one basis after the programme to continue their progress.
