As we keep a watchful eye on official government advice, we are being proactive in regard to the current health crisis .
You’re probably aware the advice is, that those who are regarded as medically vulnerable (having a pre existing respiratory or underlying medical condition) are being advised to take extra precautions and to remain at home. So please cancel your immediate appointments at the Clinic if you feel that you fall into this category.
We would like to reassure you that our competent cleaner has been maintaining a deep clean of all banister rails, door handles etc each day with anti-bacterial cleaning agent.
In the bathrooms we are offering both individual flannels and disposable paper towels together with solid soaps and liquid soaps in dispenser to chose from. We also have hand sanitisers and boxes of tissues available in each room, along with bins for disposal.
We are encouraging all staff and visitors to the Clinic to wash their hands on arrival and before leaving the Clinic.
As official advice may change please contact us via reception if you need further advice or reassurance. We will use email as well as social media posts and notices at the Clinic to keep you informed.
Due to risk of COVID-19 we encourage all patients who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, trouble breathing, coughing, to call to reschedule your appointment at Tel 028 9064 1111. During this time we will be waiving our customary fees for late cancellations and rescheduling.
Remember to stay hydrated, take your vitamins, wash your hands— and avoid touching your face.
